Founded in 2003, the agency is family owned and operated. Choice Home Care provides Skilled Nursing and Therapies; In-Home Attendant & Respite Care, and continuous care and nursing for anyone in need.

The Choice team includes nurses, home care aides, physical therapists, occupational therapists,
speech-language pathologists, medical social workers, and caregivers.

We currently serve East Ventura County, and Los Angeles County, including San Fernando, San Gabriel, Santa Clarita and Antelope Valleys.
